Clear about purpose and limits

How the founder beta works

The W.I.N. Assessment uses original questions and an internally documented scoring method. It is designed for current-season self-reflection and practical action—not diagnosis, personality certification, prediction, or employment selection.

01

W.I.N. dimensions

Current-season questions look at Worth—recognizing and using the value you carry; Integrity—aligning choices with what matters; and Next—turning direction into a realistic move. The result begins a useful conversation for this season; it does not grade you.

02

Growth profile

Your W.I.N. pattern is translated into one of four original profiles: Visionary, Integrator, Pathfinder, or Accelerator. A profile describes where attention may be most useful now; it is not a fixed identity or clinical trait.

03

Momentum style

Eight practical scenarios explore whether you currently tend to create momentum by initiating, strategizing, collaborating, or building. This style is combined with the W.I.N. profile to make the action guidance more specific.

04

Life context

Adult life stage, roles, available time, self-defined win, constraints, and selected interests shape the explanation and plan. Capacity changes the size of the next step; it never changes a person’s worth or potential.

What this version does not claim

No clinical traits, fixed personality, compatibility score, or guaranteed career fit.

The current 33 questions do not support broad behavior, motivation, communication, learning-style, Core-vs-Current, or hiring claims. The detailed scoring specification is maintained for internal founder review and beta audit. For a deeper methodology question, email results@robertlawsonjr.com.
