What this beta collects
The beta collects your first name, email address, adult age range, assessment answers, W/I/N scores, momentum result, selected life context, next action, evidence target, review timing, reminder choice, check-in response, and optional feedback. It also records limited product events such as assessment start, completion, PDF request, saved plan, and check-in completion. It does not place your answer text in analytics events.
Why it is used
Information is used to provide and improve your private result, save the action and check-in you request, evaluate whether the beta is understandable and useful, respond to support or deletion requests, and—only after the sender is verified—deliver the transactional result email and one separately consented seven-day reminder.
What is not done
Answers are not sold, used for advertising profiles, or used to determine hiring, promotion, credit, insurance, education, medical care, or eligibility. Marketing requires separate consent. The assessment does not diagnose a condition or certify occupation fit.
Service providers
The private site and structured records use OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure. A transactional email provider will process the minimum email and message content only after Robert approves and configures it. Circle and payment providers are not connected to this assessment beta.
Retention
For Phase 1, identifiable assessment records and feedback are scheduled for deletion no later than 90 days after the private beta closes unless a shorter deletion is requested or retention is required to resolve a security, legal, or support issue. Internal event records may be retained for up to 12 months after collection in a form designed not to contain assessment answer text. Deletion requests are retained only as needed to document completion and legal compliance. These periods must be re-approved before public launch.
Your choices
You may decline marketing and the one-time reminder without losing the immediate result. You may request access, correction, or deletion. The beta team verifies identity before releasing or deleting a record.
