Eligibility and access

This early beta is for adults age 18 or older who receive the assessment link. Access may be limited or withdrawn to protect participants, data, or the product.

Purpose and limits

The Winning Assessment is an original self-reflection and development experience. It is not clinical or psychological diagnosis, therapy, financial or legal advice, vocational certification, a validated hiring instrument, or a guarantee of employment, income, compatibility, or outcomes. Do not use it to make employment, credit, insurance, education, medical, or eligibility decisions about another person.

Your decisions remain yours

Results and Opportunity Lanes are prompts for reflection and investigation. Verify credentials, licensing, compensation, cost, safety, and local demand independently before making consequential decisions.

Beta conditions

Features may change, contain errors, or be unavailable. Browser PDF output and emails are conveniences, not permanent storage. Do not submit medical records, financial-account details, passwords, government identifiers, employer-confidential material, or information about another person without authority.

Feedback

Optional feedback may be used to improve the product. Robert retains ownership of the W.I.N. framework, assessment content, result narratives, and product design; these terms do not transfer ownership.

Privacy and support

The privacy notice explains collection, use, retention, and deletion. Use the support request for beta issues or the deletion form for data requests.
